Welcome to Tri-Force Juniors

Chairman’s Welcome

by Mike Jubb

Welcome to the Tri-Force Juniors website, where we hope you will find all the information you require so you can start your children on a journey to enjoy a lifetime of swim, bike, run. Like many of the committee members and coaches, I was introduced to competitive sport in my teenage years and have since enjoyed a lifetime of memorable swim, bike, run experiences, racing and training in locations around the world. At Tri-Force Juniors, we want to prepare and encourage your children to enjoy taking part in swim, bike, run events. While we have had club members in recent years winning British and Regional championships and being selected into the Regional Academy, our focus is on having fun in a safe environment and introducing your children to an enjoyable lifetime in sport.

Head Coaches’ Welcome

by Rav Dighe

We are passionate about coaching children at Tri-Force Juniors. Our ethos is that all children should be active and happy.

I also started in competitive sport as a young teenager in the U.S., competing in my first big triathlon in Chicago in 1982. Since taking on the head coach role at Tri-Force Juniors, I’ve completed my British Triathlon HPCP Level 3 course and as part of that ran a survey to understand what motivates children to participate in triathlon and train in a club.

This confirmed our coaching values: children want to challenge themselves but at the same time have fun doing the sport. In essence, we play Triathlon.

A Very Warm Welcome to Tri-Force Juniors from the Club Captain
