As ever, the East Essex Triathlon was well prepared and efficiently organised. This is a favourite venue for a number of Tri-Force Juniors due to the large racing track stand and enthusiastic cheering crowd.We even heard cow bells to get us all in the mood.
On this occasion, Tri Force had 13 competitors in total, all of which helped to be a credit to the club and the coaches for the performances they put in. Well done to all who took part

on her bike with pedal cleats, came a very creditable 7th in the girls section, closely followed by an ever improving Naomi Holt (32.03) in 8th place, and Alannah Mabbs( 34.05) also impressed with a finish of 12th out of 38 girls in total.
