Running is fun, it keeps you fit and healthy, our sessions are every week and combined with the Swimming or Cycle training.

Prior to each running session, when combined with the swim training, the coaches make sure that all the kids are fully warmed up by doing a variety of stretching exercises.

Sessions are based on sound principles of running fitness and styles.

Running distances vary dependent on the type of event, however as a general rule 8 year olds will be expected to run 600m and 16 year olds up to 3km.
